Econsultancy in partnership with Adobe has published 2015 Digital Trends report. More than 6,000 business professionals with an interest in digital business took part in this year’s survey. Customer experience is seen as the standout imperative for 2015 and beyond, with 22% saying it is the single most exciting opportunity this year. There is now daylight between CX and content marketing, which is still undoubtedly in the ascendancy but some distance behind with 15% of the vote.
